OTTO's opportunity:
Our Engineering Coordinator will provide support for implementation of approved changes, generate large, system wide engineering changes and provide departmental support for logistical items such as replenishment of supplies and coordinating equipment repair/maintenance.
In addition will provide drafting support as needed for the department.
Specifically, the Engineering Coordinator will:
Assist and coordinate the flow of Engineering Change Notices throughout the process Perform heavy data entry Perform CAD drawing tasks Maintain history files and current up-to-date files for engineering work orders Process of no-bills as required Support Project Engineers and Engineers with various programs on a day-to-day basis Support Rev Control of our documentation Maintain RMD database and supporting files Create and maintain process specifications as needed Assist with other related duties as required or assigned What you'll need to bring to the table:
High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 7 years general office experience Minimum 5 years engineering documentation Minimum 5 years of drafting experience (CREO preferred) Required excellent organizational skills Availability for nonstandard or extended work schedule Strong oral and written communication skills Must be able to work in a quick paced environment Good follow-up skills Detail oriented General knowledge of ISO 9000 Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word) OTTO's
