60 an hour 4 days ago 4 days ago 4 days ago The Customer Service Clerk will create first impressions with and provide assistance to customers that visit our Finance Department.
The position will be responsible for performing customer service and cashiering functions including processing and collecting payments, answering the phone, returning voicemail, responding to email and online web form inquiries, troubleshooting issues with customer accounts, and filing.
In addition, the Customer Service Clerk is responsible for projects related to customer accounts, transaction activity, general ledger and other finance department projects.
This position will require full-time attendance Monday through Friday from 8:
30am-5:
00pm.
Fluency in Spanish is required.

Special Requirements The requirements for this position include:
a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of one year of customer service, cashiering, or cash handling experience, and bilingual fluency in English/Spanish.
Candidates must have knowledge of the principles and best practices of customer service, cash handling, and cash receipting.
Miscellaneous Information As the first person to interact with customers, candidates will be required to demonstrate a high standard of customer service delivery.
The candidate must have the ability to exercise reasonable judgement and sound problem-solving.
The candidate also must demonstrate and maintain the ability to be professional at all times, deliver quality customer service, be extremely detail-oriented, and communicate effectively with coworkers and the public.
The candidate will work in a fast-paced environment where excellent customer service, organization, and time-management skills are essential.
