Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented part-time Office Administrator to join our team.
As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for answering the phone for landscape, schedule appointments, data entry and tracking of customer orders.
Duties:
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple team members - Manage incoming and outgoing mail - Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry - Create spread sheets
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Office Administrator is preferred - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Ability to adapt to new technology platforms or computerized systems We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
