IT Systems Administrator

Administrate and configure all aspects of VMWare virtualization, Servers storage and networking;
Administrate all aspects of Microsoft SCCM;
Administers and supports corporate Domains and Directory Environment;
Evaluates existing systems and/or user needs to analyze, design, recommend and implement system changes related to hardware, e-mail, collaboration software and telecommunications systems;
Manages the imaging, client deployment, maintenance, support and upgrade of servers, notebook and desktop PCs, e-mail, hardware, software, operating systems and, distributed printers;
Performs system backups and recovery;
Administers and supports corporate Anti-Virus software and systems;
Administers and supports client computer reporting, patching and software deployment in accordance with corporate standards, software and equipment;
Solves end user support issues with standard corporate software;
Provides hands-on end user support as needed;
Administers and supports servers in physical and virtual environments, reporting, and patching and software deployment in accordance with corporate standards, software and equipment;
Administers and supports WAN and LAN environment including switches, firewalls and other network related hardware/software, reporting, patching and software deployment in accordance with corporate standards, software and equipment;
Assists in maintaining an accurate inventory of IT assets;
Creates E-mail and collaboration accounts;
Installs software, performs software upgrades, and service packs as needed;
Works with end user, third party service providers and IT team to evaluate and solve technical problems;
Supports Microsoft Exchange 2010-2013 troubleshooting and support;
Enforces corporate IT security policies and company best practices related to IT security/E-mail;
Familiar with a variety of the company's concepts, practices, and procedures;
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.



Skills/
Qualifications:
Requires 3-5 years' experience administering VM Ware, Microsoft Windows/Exchange environments and experience with the following additional software packages:
- VM Ware 5.1 and higher virtualization and management,
- McAfee Antivirus,
- Microsoft SCCM,
- Microsoft Exchange 2003/2010, Lync,
- Microsoft Windows 2003/2008 (Server, Enterprise Server),
- Microsoft Active Directory,
- Microsoft Outlook 2010,2013,
- Microsoft Outlook Web Access,
- Microsoft Exchange E-mail Administrator,
- Microsoft Server OS 2008,2012,
- Windows Desktop OS: 7, 8,
- Cisco switches.
A solid understanding of networking/distributed computing environment concepts; internal and external mail environment concepts; understands principles of mail routing, client/server configuration, network management, network file services and network naming services;
Proficiency with network security, backup methods and physical security;
Experience with TCP/IP networking;
Proficiency in installation and resolution of basic hardware problems;
Experience with applications that require 99.9% uptime;
Proficiency with the installation and administration of the Exchange system, mail, and third party support applications;
Strong inter-personal and communication skills;
Ability to multitask under pressure;
Ability to solve problems quickly and completely;
Ability to test solutions;
The discipline to complete tasks (task and time management);
A strong determination and understanding the need to find solutions to 'root' problems;
Ability to identify task which require automation and automate them;
Project management;
Be available for infrastructure projects (late nights, weekends).

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
